2. Who is eligible for the Trade Program?
Any company engaged in apparel and fashion design or product sourcing is eligible to join our trade program. We welcome applications from apparel design firms, brand design agencies, brand owners, sourcing agents, the education sector, as well as other qualified applicants from the business sector, various professional industries, and government agencies.
3. What’s the difference between Business Clients and Trade Professionals?
Both corporate customers and industry professionals can join the SunEight Trade Program, but the benefits and pricing structures differ:
Industry professionals (such as designers, small and medium-sized wholesalers, and other certified industry experts) are eligible for a 20% ongoing discount on all full-price items (excluding clearance items) once their application is approved.
Corporate clients (such as brand developers, government agencies, or bulk purchasers) are eligible for tiered pricing based on order value or project scale. Discount rates will be quoted on a case-by-case basis and may vary depending on product category and quantity.

4. How do I sign up for the Trade Program?
You can apply for the SunEight Trade Program by completing our online application form and uploading the required supporting documents. The application is available directly on our Trade Program page.
To be eligible, trade professionals or business clients must submit at least one of the following:
A valid business license, resale certificate, or federal tax ID
Proof of professional affiliation, such as a membership certificate from a recognized design organization
A business website or portfolio that clearly represents your role or company activities
Please ensure all documentation is clear and up to date. Applications without sufficient verification materials may not be approved.
5. How long does it take to get approved?
Most Trade Program applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days after submission. Our team will verify your documents and notify you by email once your application is approved.
If your application is approved, you will receive a personalized discount code or have your order handled directly by your assigned account manager, who will apply the appropriate trade pricing for you.
6. How do I set up an account after submitting my application?
Once your Trade Program application is approved, your account manager will assist you in setting up your trade access.
If you already have a SunEight account, your trade status will be linked to your existing email. If not, you’ll be asked to create a SunEight account using the email you provided in your application.
From there, you can use your personalized discount code or place orders directly through your dedicated account manager.
7. How do I activate my Trade discount to shop online?
Once your application is approved, you will receive a dedicated discount account. Log in to this account to enjoy trade discounts on eligible products.
In addition, you can place orders directly through your dedicated account manager, who will apply the trade discount when processing your order.
Please note: If you pay with a customer’s credit card, the billing address and shipping address must match for the transaction to be completed successfully.
