Are recycled fabrics as durable as regular fabrics?
Yes. Our recycled CORDURA® meets the same military-grade abrasion and tear-resistance standards as virgin fabric, with identical lifespan and performance.
How do I trade in my old SUN EIGHT bag?
Reach out to our customer support team to get a pre-paid shipping label. Once we receive your bag, we’ll send a 15% off code to your email within 3 business days.
Is your packaging completely plastic-free?
All shipping packaging is 100% plastic-free: recyclable corrugated boxes, recycled kraft paper stuffing, and paper tape. Only a small number of waterproof products use a thin, recyclable LDPE dust bag, which we are phasing out by 2027.
Do your bags contain harmful chemicals like PFAS?
No. All SUN EIGHT bags meet EU REACH safety standards and are free of PFAS, phthalates, lead, and other restricted substances. Our kids’ line undergoes additional third-party safety testing.
